Now, almost done.
If you press START GAME to play the game, a warning window will appear telling you to disable Use Desktop Game Theatre.
Then, uncheck Outer Wilds → Properties… → GENERAL → Use Desktop Game Theatre while SteamVR is active on Steam, come back to Mod Manager and click OK.
