Playing in VR

1. Download the Vivecraft Installer from the official website that matches your current Minecraft version.
2. Run the installer and install the Vivecraft VR profile.
3. In the Minecraft Launcher, select the Vivecraft VR profile and launch the game.
4. You can play in VR with the previously installed HapticCraft mod.

Mod Loader Installation Guide

Step 1: VerifyMinecraft Java Edition

1. Launch the Minecraft Launcher on your PC.

2. In the left menu, look for “MINECRAFT: JAVA EDITION" to confirm that it's available for your account.

Step 2: Install HapticCraft via the CurseForge App

1. Next, launch the CurseForge App.

2. Click the Minecraft icon on the left menu, or select Minecraft from the “Choose a Game” screen.

   

   Select Minecraft in the CurseForge App.

3. In the Minecraft selection menu, enter “HapticCraft” in the search bar, then click Search.

Step 3: Select a Modloader

1. Click “Versions” on the HapticCraft mod’s detail page.

2. Under the Modloader section, select your preferred mod loader.

   • Choose the loader (Fabric or NeoForge) that best fits your environment or purpose.
     • Fabric: Lightweight and fast recommended for performance-focused setups.

   • Select a Profile or choose Create a New Profile.

FAQ

Q: Which should I choose, Fabric or NeoForge?

• Both Fabric and NeoForge are supported by HapticCraft. Use the same loader as the one your existing mods or modpacks are using.
• Installing both loaders simultaneously may cause the game to malfunction or fail to run properly.

Q: The game won’t launch.

• Make sure your Minecraft version is within v1.20.1–v1.20.6 or v1.21–v1.21.10.

Q: I don’t feel any haptic feedback.

• Make sure the bHaptics PC Player is running.
• Check that your TactSuit device is properly connected to the bHaptics Player.

bHaptics PC Player Connection Option

• In the bHaptics PC Player settings, go to Connection → List of Connected Apps.
  • Check that HapticCraft is shown as Connected.

Q: It says the mod loader version is incompatible. (NeoForge)

• In your profile options, change the loader version to match the one shown in the error message.
• Try again using the latest versions of Minecraft and HapticCraft.
